I would like to windup the Private Limited Company. But the company didn't file any Annual Returns from FY 2010-11.What are the procedures to windup fastly ?

30 January 2017 you can go for strike off by using the facility of FAST TRACK EXIT. but you have to wait, as new forms STK are not yet notified
