Start a private limited company with the object of doing business in cellphones and its accesories and manufacture. Then the licence and other things will come.
we have already 3 years old registered company.if we want to do business like nokia means manfactring in china we have strong contact in china.we gave order to that company on the name our brand and promoting in india like we are planning to launch mobiles on new name in india
any licence is required from govt what kind of documents we will take.

YOU SHOULD TAKE IEC REGISTRATION, IMPORT & & SELL THEM UNDER YOUR OWN BRAND NAME OR UNDER THE NAME WHICH YOU HAVE GOT IT MANUFACTURED IF YOU CAN PROVIDE SOME MORE MODUS OPERANDI DETAILS THEN MORE DETAILS OF REQUIREMENT & FORMALITIES CAN BE GIVEN TO YOU
