10 December 2010 we purchase material from vendor of delhi
he make bill with only vat. now we have to return defective material to vendor how

we will make invoice with excise or without excise.?

12 December 2010 Unless you are regitered under central excise a sa dealer you cannot raise an invoice with excise.

we are registered in excise.now can we return material with excise or without excise because we recived material without excise.only with vat.

wat will we do ?
