Whole time company secretary

21 February 2014 As per the provision of companies act all companies whos paid up capital is 5CR or more is require to appoint whole time company secretary.
so my query is whether for a croup of companies ( where 3 companies paid up capital is more than 5 cr )appointment of 1 secretary is enough or require to appoint 3 wholetime secretary for each company.

22 February 2014 Every company whose paid up capital is 5 cr or more has to appoint a whole time CS. One CS for all the three companies will not meet the requirements of law
