A company has its year ending as 31st December. It is proposing to change its year ending to 31st March, pursuant to the Companies Act, 2013. The company has appointed the auditors on 28th March, 2014 at its AGM. Now whether the appointment of auditor has to be filed by the Auditor in Form 23B or by the company in the new form?
