Dear sir,

our client has sold goods online,
those send goods to direct customer and customer is O.M.S and deler are in mumbai and adress of bill in mumbai so our client charged CST OR VAT?

27 August 2013 You have not informed the state in which the goods are moved. You have to tell that you are from........ state and material is despatched from..... state to Mumbai.

The answer is if the stocks are physically moved from other state to mumbai, CST is chargeable.
