02 July 2013 if provisons of sec 44ad applies ....then is it mandatory that provisions of sec 44AA and 44AB should also to be applied? please explain this point in detail with the help of an example ...and also which ITR is to be filled in this case?

02 July 2013 If the provision of sec.44AD will apply then sec.44AA will also apply

Sec.44AB provision will apply if you are declaring the loss or below 8% of gross income

Need to file ITR4S when claiming sec.44AD
