If a person have only income from commission and he do not have any other income,which ITR is applicable for him

Kindly advice me

09 September 2010 if it is Insurance commission then ITR -4.

tell me what is mean by commission in the given case

09 September 2010 Sir,

he have received TDS certificate from RMP infotech private limited (marketing company)under this certificate they have mentioned section 194H

he do marketing for this company like to creat a member & for this he receive Income after deducting TDS
