Whether tds is 194c or 194i

04 April 2013 I am hiring a Tipper and paying amount as hourly basis then Tds would be deducted under 194c or 194I.

Tipper owner is using his own diesel and driver.

04 April 2013 There is no specific circular released for your issue. Also, I was unable to find answer to query in the FAQs issued by the department.
