Whether tds deduction u/s 194(c) or 194(j) ?

18 August 2016 A Company engaged in the business of Hospitals has entered into a contract with Blue Star Limited for installing of Electrical Lines and Centralized Air Conditioning. Whether the TDS has to be deducted under Sec 194(C) on Contract basis or under Sec 194(J) on Professional Basis.
