A lady transfers her immovable property ( by way of gift) comprising land & building after 01.10.2009 jointly in the name of her bahu & his son.The lady used to get house rent income till 31.03.2008,from that property, but since 01.04.2008 , no rent was received by her from that property.Is clubbing provisions applicable to lady after the transfer of property.
