Hello Sir I purchased a property above 50 lakh and has deducted TDS NOW MY QUERY IS WHAT IS PROCEDURE FOR DEPOSIT OF TDS WITH GOVERNMENT AND WHAT FORMS ARE REQUIRE TO FILL AND WHAT DOCUMENT ARE TO GIVEN TO SELLER SO HE CAN FILE HIS RETURN.

I hope there is no need for me to generate TAN number. first I will fill form no.26QB form on the income tax site and then I will deposit the money at bank and then I will generate 16B form. am I right Sir. Mr. Manoj Sir Would you mind if I give you call on your cell no. if I need any assistance in regard to my query.
