04 January 2016 my office taken room for official purpose then when to deduct TDS generally Bill received 3rd or 4th of following month or to Deduct on Last date of month and pay TDS before receipt Bill.on TDS on Rent.

04 January 2016 TDS to be deducted on the date of payment or credit whichever is earlier. After you are receive the bill on 3rd or 4th, book the amount and deduct TDS.
