My Company has started business in the month of march 2010.

We paid 25000 as profession charge to (Dalal)
so company should deduct tds or not.

12 July 2010 Yes deduct the TDS and deposit it. For it you have to first apply for TAN no, which is required at the time of deposit of TDS.
