U have first login at dgft website by pan no. And giving mobile no. And mail I'd if any IEC is issued against the pan no. Then same would appear after login there modification option would be available
then after On the left hand side of the screen various options will appear. User will have to modify in all the details for IEC Master/Branch/Director/Fee Payment and Attachments etc.
To Modify IEC Master details, select the IEC Master options, wherein the master details will appear in the IEC Master screen as shown below. The user can modify his required details.
After Updating all the required details, click on EDIT/UPDATE
If the modification is complete then click on EDIT/UPDATE button for updating the details and then system generates message “Task Completed Successfully”
You can add more branch details by pressing Add Branch Data button
After pressing Add Branch Data button and fill all the details then press ADD button a successful message generated by the system "task completed successfully"
now:- Applicant should select ‘Pay Online’ button from the Licensing scheme menu. To pay fee for issuance of IEC
Initial Payment Screen will display the following information: (i) For making fee payment for licensing scheme, this display IEC. (ii) IEC: In case of application is for IEC, this option display ‘PAN’ of Applicant. (iii) Actual Fee: Fee amount to be paid by applicant. (iv) Total No. of successful transactions and total amount already paid by the exporter. (v) Pay Balance Fee: Amount to be paid by the applicant. If Applicant has done any successful transactions previously then this screen will display all the successful transactions and total amount already paid by him till date.
Applicant will enter his one time password and then press submit button. The payment status of the transaction will be shown in screen.
To submit the application with digital signature, click on the link With Digital signature.
Select the office where the application is to be submitted and also select “Yes” option from the confirmation choice box to confirm the submission and then click on Sign & Submit button in screen. After Submitting the application (with digital signature), you may logout of the IEC Application process by clicking on the Logout option. and submit the Alongwith the concerned REGIONAL LICENSING AUTHORITY.

Dear Mr. Ramesh ji I have other question regarding modification of IEC code, actually IEC code to a firm issued way back in 2007 however when i print the IEC code online then the PAN mentioned on it wrong and due to which i am unable to migrate to the e-IEC,I want to change the address of factory however unable to do it due to wrong pan.Kindly guide me whether there is any procedure for rectification of PAN and thereby modification of address or i would have to apply for new IEC code.

Actually This is Clerical Mistake, first intimate to party Then approach in Concerned office of DGFT then show them original PAN CARD. FTDO just correct it manually , Second your case is undelivered the PAN CARD TOO.
KINDLY SPEAK THE PARTY "FIRST MEET PERSONALLY FROM DGFT" FOR RE-DISPATCH THE ORIGINAL IEC CODE" THEN AFTER WRITE A LETTER FOR AFTER YOU CAN AMEND THE PAN NO UNDER THE JURISDICTION OF LICENCING AUTHORITY.
