19 August 2013 I am tour operator and want to know what is the taxable value to charge service tax?

If i have tourover of Rs. 10 lakhs and diesel expenses is 3 lakhs then i have to apply for servixe tax number?

19 August 2013 yes you have to apply for service tax registration and gross turnover is considered for getting registration over and above the exemption limit.
