What are the consequences if balance sheet and p&l of client are uploaded without signing by ca as well as client?

08 October 2014 my principal has uploaded b/s as well as p&l of our client in pdf format without him signing and taking clients sign on them. wat can be a possible couse of action to rectify the same or is it ok if we dont rectify?
