We purchase goods from Unregistered dealers and registered dealers.

We sell the goods and pay output taxes correctly.

We are being asked information about unregistered dealers. Is it necessary to provide so. Is there any specific format for invoices which we recieve from the unregistered sellers? Please help

07 November 2013 you have to file the return mentioning the purchase amount from unregistered dealer

no need to provide other information of unregistered dealer

08 November 2013 A range officer continiously comes over at our business place and asks information about unregistered dealers and inspite of showing them the bill of purchase. He says he shall impose penalty etc. Is it possible???
