WHAT WILL BE THE DUE DATE FOR WEALTH TAX RETURN IN CASE OF INDIVIDUAL WHO IS PARTNER IN A FIRM AND THAT FIRM IS LIABLE TO TAX AUDIT????

THE DUE DATE FOR INCOME TAX AND WEALTH TAX ARE THE SAME AS PRESCRIBED U/S 139(1). SO FOR THE PARTNER AND FOR THE FIRM DUE DATE WILL BE THE SAME DATE.

does it mean the due date for Wealth Tax Return will be 31 oct 15 as the firm was liable for tax audit????

Yes, in that case the date prescribed for a partner is the same as that of the firm.
