23 March 2010 Is WCT be deducted on Temporary works??

E.g. A Co. has given a contract for temporary structure works and after completion of main works it will demolish the temorary structure.

Do we have to deduct WCT on this payment?

23 March 2010 There is no such thing as permanent/temporary works in WCT. If all conditions are satisfied for WCT there will be no discretionary option.
