I want to know what is WCT and whether it should be deduct on total bill amount including VAT or on basic bill amt.

06 November 2010 WCT is applicable on contrat value , which is claimed by the contractor and accepted by the contractee for payment. Contractor cannot show VAT amount in contract bill.
