as per explanation 2 to rule 2A of service tax valuation rules,2006. credit of INPUT ie., material is not allowed. though input of CAPITAL GOODS used and INPUT SERVICE is allowed, subject to rule 2(a) and rule 2(l) of cenvat credit rules
