How the loan should be obtained either through sole propreiter or company.If so wat is the procedure to be followed to obtain loan.What percentage will be sanctioned by the bank out of the total estimation.

THE QUESTION IS VERY GENERAL.
FOR OBTAINING LOAN FIRST PREPARE A PROJECT DETAILING THE QUANTUM OF LOAN,YOUR MARGIN MONEY,LOCATION,PEOPLE INVOLVED IN PROJECT ETC.
THE LOAN IS GENERALY EXTENDED @50-60% OF THE BUILDING COST AND 70-75% OF THE NEW MACHENERIES TO BE PURCHASED.
WORKING CAPITAL IS ESTIMATED @20-25% OF TURENOVER.
