i am a consumer and i have to buy a generator for personal use in patna and thw same has to buy from delhi and the price of generator is about 6 lacs in this case am i liable to give waybill??.?
and without gst no. this transaction can take place???????

if i sale something being a registerd dealer having gst no. above Rs. 2 lacs..then in this case should i issue road permit??????
