we have purchased generator from interstate against form "C" we are registered in commercial tax deptt. both type of registration get my co. cst & upst can anyone help me what would be effect my case at the time of hearing

Should your registration certificate under CST permit you to purchase machinery / generator - You would be able to issue C form and claim the concessional rate of tax. Else there shall be a issue.
but my problem is that we are not registered in cst certificate for generator / machinery purchased but we have already purchased generator now what would be effect on my case hearing
