Please suggest me Vat(Sales Tax) applicable or not on readymade garment if seller is regd. in DVAT.

01 March 2011 Readymade garments but not including those made of khadi" are included in THE THIRD SCHEDULE TO DELHI VAT under item no 57 and hence chargeable @ 5%.
