If yes then whether it is eligible for Credit of full amount of VAT?

16 December 2012 Setoff is not admissible on purchase of passenger vehicle, parts, accessories and components unless used in business of transferring rights to use, as per restriction under rule 54(1) of Maharashtra VAt Rule.
