18 November 2015 what is the significance of VAT or TIN number on a Bill or Cash Memo. Does it add in any way to the authenticity of the document?

18 November 2015 VAT/TIN Number is Important Dealer has to Mention on Invoice . The Purchaser can claim Input by quoting TIN Number.
