We are service provider for surface treatment on aero componenst for this we are purchasesing chemicals and paint we are geting refund of infut vat. My query is that we need to charge vat and service tax on service bill.If it is case what is rate of vat and service tax.

If this is a composite work , than pay 4% sevice tax. If service and material charges is invoiced seprately, charge VAST on material and Service tax on Service part.
