15 March 2013 Hello,
My employer company has received TDS certificate(16A form) from deductor without signing the same. This certificate has been generated from NSDL website and it contains unique certificate no.By using this number even we can generate this certificate from Income tax site.
this certificate is valid to claim in income tax?

15 March 2013 This certificate is valid to claiming the income tax.. because its having unique certificate number...but certificate should be manually or digitally signed by authorized signatory of deductor.
