If a director and shareholder use C/O word in communication in following manner

Name of director,
C/O ABC Company Pvt Ltd
Director's residential address

Is it legal?

19 July 2013 For company whatever address is given in Form No. 18 should be given that is at the time of formation of the company or any change thereafter.

For directors they can give c/o but must be supported with some documentary evidence
