06 September 2012 i received order us.143(1) from cpc & i want to know whether rectification submit to assessing officer of my jurisdiction ? Yes or No

06 September 2012 You have to submit rectification to bangalore cpc. You can do so electronicly by logging into your account on income tax efilling website. I guess there is an option in the account to submit 154.

07 September 2012 AS you have received the intimation from banglore , you have to reply to cpc banglore only.....

07 September 2012 If you have already submitted to ao of your jurisdiction, then also its ok... There is nothing unlawful in it .
