My client had to made a payment of Rs 11,00,000 as part of installment for purchase of property. But he made to payment of 11Lakh without TDS deduction U/S 194IA. That are the consequences. Plaese reply

Sec.194IA has the threshold limit of Rs. 50 lakhs, incase your total deal exceeds the threshold limit, then you have to pay the interest on delayed deduction.
