All statutory payments as u r depositing thru bank, hence "YOURSELVES" along with respective challan is enough.

26 May 2012 As ll these Govt dues are being accepted by SBI so draw cheque in favour of State Bank of India or name of Bank through whom you are paying.

But as Peddinti has said YOURSELF will work smoothly.
