Dear experts, I have lost 2 blank declaration forms of my Co. one is C form (which we issue for purch. agst CST @ 2%) & another is Raj. VAT-47 form (i.e. road permit for interstate purch.) What will be it's legal/statutory effect & plz guide what should I do now?
