Urgent please help

28 October 2014 I m CA Final Student and enrolled in both groups for Nov 2014, due to some unavoidable reasons I wasn't able to prepare for my first group, and going to appeared for 2nd group only.
Now my question is that if I will not sit for 1st group (absent in 1st group)and give my second group only, then is there any problem in result for my 2nd group.
