my name is sandeep joshi. i ask my quistion & someone give ans of them but when i give reply of comments then notice display " you are not expert". how can i made yourself expert ? & reply to anyone.

If you not an expert then you couldn't post your query here(under expert's area) So it may be due to technical problem so try after some time or please be check once you shall be login while replying to query.
