17 April 2013 at present u may file return for 2nd qtr of 2012-13.
due date has been extended to 30.04.2013.

17 April 2013 ok,but earlier service tax return was filed half yearly.can u tell me on what basis return are going to be filed now means quaterly or half yearly please explain .
