Any Companny either Private or Public will be formed as per Companies Act, 1965.
After formation of Company, it deopends on the nature of activities of the Company
If the Company is doing finance busines , it has to be registered with RBI as NBFC Company, If Import Export business, company has to procure Export Inport Licence so on
Generally all companies registered themselves under:
Shop & Establishment ACt Professional Tax Obtain PAN Obtain TAN PF ESI if applicable etc
