under what head should d income of the property taxed

02 December 2009 hello sir, plz let me know that if a company owes 2 building,one is used for business purpose n d other is left vacant and is not being used for any reason,can the company claim deduction of depriciation or it should b taxed under house property by charging notional rent..??
