Respected Experts Greetings I missed filing my ITR AY 2011-12 due to shifting jobs and locations.Now I have the foll query After viewing my Form 26S I realised that I would have a refund of approx Rs 10,500 due to me on a salaried income of approx Rs 4.5Lacs However I have been unable to file my return online. Also the TDS was deducted while I was working for a Delhi based company and I now live in Mumbai. So can I claim the refund and if so then will I attract any penalty for late filing as of 6th Nov 2013. What would be the procedure for filing my returns offline. Please respond and help me solve my query.

For AY 2011 12 last date for filing the.return.manually and offline.in both the cases was 31.3.2013. So a valid return.can not b filed now. Hence refund not possible. Even the penalty option was available from 31.3.12 to 31.3.13
