THE AGENCY COMPANY RECEIVED THE AMOUNT ON BEHALF OF PRINCIPAL AND THE SAME PRINCIPAL PROVIDE THE SERVICE TO CONCERN DEBTOR OUTSIDE THE INDIA SO IS U/S 9 OF INCOME TAX ACT 1961, APPLICABLE OR NOT? EXPLAIN....
