15 February 2015 Can a private company have 2 MD, if yes please specify the section, rule, case law, circular, notification.

15 February 2015 there is nothing specified in the law about such restrictions in any rules, section etc.

19 February 2015 yes, i work on some companies in which more than one person is whole time directors and Managing Directors
