Two identical address to firm and pvt co -is it right ?

15 November 2014 is it the same address of registration office for Registered firm and same adddress is used for registered office for newly formed private co .?

15 November 2014 Yes, It is possible. Take No Objection letter from earlier registered firm.

15 November 2014 There is no specific provision for that. No objection letter required to be filed with ROC if another entity already registered with the same address.
