i have paid the fees of my daughter for CPT registration to ICAI
whether it can to considered for deduction U/S 80 C (as payment of Tuition fees)

No, you can't claim deduction of such amount u/s 80C because of under section 80C deduction allowable to the tuition fees only and any other fees deduction not available thus you paid CPT registration fee i.e it is fee paid to institute and not for the purpose of tuition so you can't claim this.
