It depends upon the motive of a person. Option 1 -------- If He wants to take tax benefit, he has to earn first.
Option 2 --------- And if he wants to spend the money earned. he has to make a trust for that. * But what is the end result. " As it was in the beginning" ?
But someone can say ...... " Enjoyed the tax benefits...
