There is a Company registered u/s 25 of Companies Act 1956 (1 of 1956). Which attachments would be required for registration u/s 12AA and 80G (5) of The Income Tax Act 1961??

Form no 10A under rule 17a of income tax requires )
*Original/certified copy of the instrument under which the trust/institution was created/established, together with a copy thereof..........So accordingly MOA is required to be attached with said form.
