At time of Purchase
Purchase/Expense A/c Debit
To Tax -RCM A/c Credit
To vendor A/c Credit
At time of payment
Tax-RCM A/c Debit
To Bank A/c Credit
At time of Purchase
Purchase/Expense A/c Debit
To Tax -RCM A/c Credit

Prepare as per Your invoice format and give the name of "SELF INVOICE" instead of Tax Invoice...
And Highlight "IS REVERSE APPLICABLE - YES"
Then prepare as per Your inwards value with tax amount... and enter the bills in Your books of accounts...
