29 June 2016 for what payment or laibility entry.

Liability entry will make when you generate the invoice,. and payment entry at the end of month as follows:

Excise duty payable a/c
to cenvat credit RG23A
to cenvat credit RG23C
to service tax receivable
to Excise duty PLA a/c
