HI,
when we are calculating duty of BCD,CVD,SVD in custom valuation,IN some solution authors have consider VAT in calculation of EC&SHEC LOGICALLY IT IS NOT CORRECT. So finally what we have to consider it or not ?
further now the excise duty is 12.5%
(EC&SHEC not considered)
finally what is the conclusion of it?
